AI-TEAM provides a multi-tenant platform for running AI assistants across messaging channels for support, sales and affiliate management. Each client instance runs on an isolated database and a pinned software version.
You are responsible for the credentials and activity of your workspace. Keep authentication factors secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, to violate the terms of connected platforms (Telegram, Slack, etc.), or to process data you have no right to process.
Your data is stored in a database dedicated to your instance and is not shared with other clients. Updates are applied per-instance and never touch another client's data.
We aim for high availability and publish live service health at /status. The service is provided on an as-is basis without an uptime warranty in this draft.
Fees are based on your selected plan and seats. Overdue accounts may be suspended after a grace period; suspended instances retain their data.
You may stop using the service at any time. On deletion, your instance's database and role are dropped after a final backup is taken.
We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the cabinet. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
